Description

A thorough and groundbreaking analysis of the potential partition of Québec should the province leave Confederation. Drawing on comparisons with other ethnically sensitive regions such as Ireland, Switzerland and the former Yugoslavia, Reid proposes government reforms that will prevent violent confrontation in and with a post-Confederation Québec.
