About the Authors

Emily Lycopolus is co-owner of Olive the Senses (olivethesenses.com), a luxury olive oil and vinegar tasting room and shop in Victoria, Canada, that sources the finest fresh, ultra-premium olive oils and aged balsamic vinegars from all over the world. She lives with her husband, Steve, and their pug, Cedrik.


Danielle (DL) Acken is a Canadian born international food photographer who splits her time between London, UK and her farm studio on Canada’s beautiful Salt Spring Island.
